Running asks a LOT of you, both mentally and physically. The Recovery Room is where you give back to yourself.

Join Ayorinde, yoga teacher and Nike Trainer, for 90 minutes of yoga and breathwork, built for runners in need of a little TLC.

We'll move through deep hip openers, targeted poses for tight calves and hamstrings, and breathwork designed to regulate your nervous system and build breath control for your runs. This isn't just a stretch - it's a moment to pause, restore, and reconnect with your body and a community of NYC runners.
