This event is only for members of Read Between the Wine Club.
Join Ayorinde on Saturday, January 28 for a full body endurance workout and a chance to challenge yourself, sweat out the week, and release what’s no longer serving you. After class, enjoy some small bites from a local bakery and hang with the girls! Mats are included and there will be a few sets of light weights provided on-site as well.

A set of 1-3 pound weights (optional)
